A doctor

During the Nazi era, Rosemarie Albrecht (1915-2008) was involved in murdering people with disabilities at the Thuringian State Sanatorium in Stadtroda. After 1945, she seamlessly continued her career as head physician. It was not until 2000 that it became known that the East German secret police (Stasi) had prevented investigations of her past. Her case was dropped in 2005 because of her age.
