In a virtual reality project supported by artificial intelligence (AI), an avatar of Holocaust survivor Charlotte Knobloch (see Station 2) guides visitors through Munich in 1938 and describes the November pogrom. The software developed by the Jewish Claims Conference uses new technology to immortalise a survivor. She is available to answer questions anytime and anywhere.
